We are looking for Farm Land 1 to 2 hectares Overlooking Taal Lake
We are a manila and cavite-based non-profit corporation looking for a more or less one (1) or two (2) hectare raw land that can be used as farm. The land should be in any one of the following towns of Cavite or Batangas where the climate is cool (as cool or almost as cool as Tagaytay):
1. Alfonso, Cavite;
2. Silang, Cavite;
3. Mendez, Cavite;
4. Amadeo, Cavite;
5. Indang, Cavite;
6. Laurel, Batangas;
7. Talisay, Batangas;
8. Nasugbo, Batangas;
9. Calaca, Batangas;
10. Mataas Na Kahoy, Batangas;
11. Lipa City, Batangas;
12. Balete, Batangas; or
13. Agoncillo, Batangas.
We plan to use the land for growing plants that grow in cool or cold climates such as carrots, lettuce, sayote, pineapples and cabbages. We are only interested in titled lands with a selling price that is reasonable. (Hence, please do not indicate an over-priced selling price since we will not bother to read your offer if we find it over-priced. Thank you.) We intend to immediately pay in full once we have screened, validated and have chosen the best offer.
